As a Resource Consultant you will be given the opportunity to lead and manage attraction strategies for the ongoing resourcing of individual vacancies and projects.
You will have great exposure, building relationships with business stakeholders and hiring managers, and managing your own vacancy portfolio, KPIs, including budget management and governance requirements.
Role Requirements and Responsibilities:
To be involved in developing staff communications, customer web collateral updates and customer digital FQAs.
SKILLS: influencing skills, product knowledge, communications experience, be organised, proactive, knowledge of channels. Strong communications skills to engage with stakeholders, influencing skills, proactive, CX, customer journey experience. Be able to support/guide/train the trainers, lead process discussions, script writing for FQAs, handling concerns and queries, sales dialogue, experience as a business lead on marketing campaign, agile experience.
