Branch Network Mortgage Advisor

We have a part time vacancy in our Oxford City branch for a passionate, inspirational and dedicated Mortgage Advisor to be part of the team.

As a highly professional, experienced Mortgage Advisor you will be well organised and able to work on your own initiative as well as having the ability to support and encourage the team. It's a diverse and supportive environment where every day is different.

Your main responsibilities will be having face to face meetings with our customers, building relationships, establishing needs and giving quality advice on our range of mortgages.

We give our customers clear and accurate information in a friendly, professional and efficient way whilst ensuring they understand the potential financial risks to them that are involved. You'll be passionate about maintaining your knowledge to be able to effectively handle a wide range of mortgage related enquiries from First Time Buyers to Landlords, whilst adhering to compliance regulations, ensuring all advice is accurately documented

Whilst we have a clear passion to deliver exceptional service and achieve goals, this role is not sales based and there are no individual or team sales targets.

Hours - We are looking for 20 hours over 4 days, inclusive of a Saturday - Training will be on occasion full time and based in Coventry

• You'll need recent mortgage advisory experience to be successful and a positive, flexible attitude.

• You will already be CeMAP qualified

• You are someone who has excellent communication skills and the confidence to talk to lots of different people in a branch based environment

• You'll have the ability to deal with more complex customers' enquiries in a careful and accurate way.
