Trainee Property Manager - Epsom
If you are interested in becoming a Property Manager with a background in administration and looking for a trainee role to get started in the industry, with a fantastic independent agency with a great reputation then this position is perfect for you.
Our client is looking for a Trainee Property Manager to come on board.
As a Trainee Property Manager you will be shadowing and learning from their experienced Property Manager in branch for the first 2-3 months whilst you get used to the role.
As the Property Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing properties.
- Dealing with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors.
- Arranging annual gas safety certificates.
- Dealing with services and general maintenance enquires.
- Carrying out property inspections.
- Renewals of tenancy agreements.
- Invoicing
- General day to day management,
The package and working hours for this role are:
- Up to GBP18k basic, negotiable for the right candidate and rising once you have completed the training.
- Monday to Friday, 9-6pm.
