QC Laboratory Technician/ Auditor
Industry Food and Drink Manufacturing
Location: Leeds
Our client is a European category in the food ingredients industry. Due to expansion,
We have an immediate temporary QA Technician role, target rate GBP9.76 so GBP20,300, 40 hour week, ongoing temporary contract.
As a QC/QA Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for sampling and testing the quality of products to maintain quality control
Working with the QA Manager to maintain quality compliance standards
Provide expertise through quality-based testing and analysis - working to stringent GMP standards
Following test and sampling schedule
Requirements and Experience: Does this sound like you?
Laboratory test and analysis experience
Internal QA/QC auditing experience
Factory production experience preferred from the food industry
A customer focused approach
Food industry experience is essential
HACCP Awareness
Basic Food Hygiene
Hours 4:30am -12:30pm Monday to Friday, may also consider 5-1, 0r 6-2 but production starts at 5PM so would really hope to recruit someone to take tank samples before production starts
