Salary: GBP7.50/hr plus shift allowance
Job Elements: -
??To support the laboratories with general housekeeping duties.
??Collection and washing of laboratory glassware.
??Management and ordering of laboratory consumables.
??Preparation of laboratory reagents.
??Maintain accurate records of work carried out, and follow written procedures.
??To carry out all duties in line with safe working practices.
??Maintaining the general cleanliness of the laboratories.
The ideal candidate will have:
??Ideally qualified to GCSE level in a science subject.
??Ability to show competence in basic mathematical manipulations & follow written instructions for reagent preparation.
??Previous experience of working in a science laboratory preferred.
