An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join our team to support the IT project management team and business with a range of technical and business change projects. Working alongside the technical and business teams you’ll follow a structured approach from creating problem statements and defining business case, through requirements, gathering implementation, through to supporting benefits realisation.

What you’ll be tasked with:
This role will require you to work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to develop and deliver high quality services and processes. Working with the Lead Project Manager you’ll help to prioritise work packages, supporting the production of key project documentation to ensure the delivery of projects.

You will facilitate improvement activities, develop service designs and process maps, along with completing analysis and documentation of processes, to identify issues and help inform benefits. Working with the development and testing teams you’ll define acceptance criteria and support with testing and UAT phases.

What you need:
Our ideal candidate will have full project lifecycle experience, facilitating cross functional workshops and have proven experience as a Business Analyst with a diverse portfolio of projects and activities, working in a fast paced, changing organisation.

Experience of undertaking data analysis and mapping along with undertaking data migration activities is essential as is development and implementation of process improvement across multidepartmental functions.

We are welcoming applications from excellent problem solvers with strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience of working with various stakeholders and a good understanding and working knowledge of different project methodologies.

A flexible working approach is essential as you will occasionally be required to support project delivery timelines out of business hours and travel to other sites and suppliers will be required.
