Teaching Assistant
Martec Training are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support young people aged 16-24years old in a classroom environment. Students will be of varying levels in their education, some having Special Education Needs. The Teaching Assistant will be required to support in English and Maths and have the ability themselves to at least Level 2 standard. The successful applicant may also have to support in Vocational theory classes but no knowledge of the subject been taught is required for this.
The position is part time (3 days a week). Ideally, but not essential, applicants will have at least PTTLS qualification.
