PASS Helpline Adviser
SCQF level 6 Salary £22,720 pro rata
21 hours per week based in one of our offices
Duration: initially funded for 6 months with likelihood of a further 12 months
The Helpline Patient Adviser will support the provision of national PASS helpline, webchat and email advice. S/he will provide information and advice in response to contact from clients about providing feedback or complaints to the NHS.
