Morning Cleaning Team Leader (Facilities)

Salary £16,387 per annum (pro-rata). The role is a fixed-term (12 months) part-time position. It offers an excellent working environment and benefits package including 34 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Cleaning Team, which forms part of the Facilities Department based in the Students’ Union building on Park Place, Cardiff. The successful candidate will provide effective support to our busy department which operates to 24/7.  We are looking for a part time early morning Cleaning Team Leader, working 4 hours a day, 6 out of 7 days. Covering all aspects of cleaning including - mopping, vacuuming, dusting, washing, wiping, buffing, window/glass cleaning, and toilet / shower facilities.

The successful candidate will have good communication and leadership skills and experience in the cleaning industry. They will be able to clean and maintain the building, ensuring that a high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout on a daily basis. With the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of cleanliness.
