In this Graduate Teaching Assistant position, you will be joining the supportive SEN department. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be taking instruction from a talented SENco who looks after all the SEN children, part of your role will see you taking on small groups of pupils or providing 1:1 support. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be discovering how to teach effectively by following a carefully formulated continued professional development and training plan.
