One of our main clients has an urgent requirement for a Recruitment Officer to be based at their offices in South West London on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large Oil and Gas company.

My client look to deliver individual project to cater to their customer's needs using a range of asset and technology based solutions.

As Recruitment Officer your day to day responsibilities will include supplying recruiting and search services according to the management requirements. Provide information for contract and new staff as well as schedule assignments for agency workers. Maintain a list of temporary workers with agency details and update starters and leaver's files. You will manage the contractual and salary offers to candidates in accordance with other HR processes and procedures.

My client is eager to speak to candidates who fit the following criteria:
• You will have Oil & Gas recruitment experience either internally or via an agency.
• You will have knowledge of the external market
• You will be capable of interviewing face to face and over the phone
• You will have strong communication skills and administration skills
