Trainee Sales Negotiator
Fawkes & Reece are currently assisting a high end residential developer who have a large landbank in Cambridge in order to recruit Trainee Sales Negotiator's to join their team
In order to be successful within this role you do not need any property experience however they are keen to see outgoing, vibrant candidate who are eager to learn and eager to build on existing skills
Day to day duties include:
* Conducting viewings
* Dealing with enquires via email
* Meeting & greeting customers
* Sales progression
* Chasing sales leads
* Conducting competitor analysis
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Home demonstrations where applicable
* Keeping customers up to date with the progress of their completion date
