My client is highly respected and successful Legal Firm located in Cheltenham that provides a modern, practical, fast and efficient service to their clients specialising in various areas of Law. They currently have a rare but exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join their team on a full-time basis.
This position is to assist the fee earners within the Residential Conveyancing department.

Legal Secretary responsibilities:

" You will be responsible for audio typing, word processing and assisting with file management
" You will manage the work diary, answer phones and confirm appointments for clients and staff
" You will file and store confidential documents, retrieving clients papers and files
" Adhere to the firms strict confidential policies regarding paperwork
" Additional administrative tasks when required

Legal Secretary desired Skills and Experience:

" Previous experience within a Legal Secretarial role essential
" Strong administrative skills including fast and accurate tying ability
" Exceptional customer and client service skills
" Ability to manage a busy work load
" An understanding of residential conveyancing policies and procedures

The Legal Secretary position offers competitive basic salary up to GBP21K pending experience, pension contribution and additional company benefits.
