Description:
In
this role you will deliver high quality mentoring advice and assistance to a
portfolio of ambitious business owners and senior managers of companies looking
for inspirational Mentoring for their own personal and professional
development. You will assess the Mentoring needs of eligible businesses people,
profile them and their requirements and facilitate match making with
appropriate experienced Mentors from the programmes mentoring pool.
The
primary responsibility is to produce the maximum impact in terms of assisting
mentees to reach their full personal and professional potential, which will
subsequently deliver business growth, improved productivity, outputs and
outcomes in terms of improved performance, increased GVA, new jobs created, and
jobs safeguarded.
Requirements
Key
Responsibilities:
?? Handle enquiries via, phone and email, initially
assessing the growth potential and business needs of Mentees using appropriate
tools, processes and systems where required.
?? Establishing and maintaining effective
relationships with Mentee's and Mentors and ensuring that potential Mentees and
their companies comply with the project eligibility criteria by ensuring that
initial eligibility checks, prior to formal assessment and Mentor match making.
?? Ensuring a Mentee's company has had an in-depth
business growth assessment carried out using approved methods to capture
baseline data from the SMEs to identify wider needs, which can be addressed
through developing a growth action plan
?? Making sure Mentee's are personally introduced
to those Mentors identified as appropriate for them and actively monitor
mentoring relationships once established.
?? Ensure that the monitoring and collection of
output and impacts data is undertaken throughout the project and at the
conclusion of each individual project in line with requirements
