The Role

The Supervisor is a leader amongst the front of house team and a crucial bridge between other departments as well as senior management. Duties will include;

Ensuring service standards to guests are met and exceeded.
Making sure the restaurant is maintained and always looking great.
Training, developing and coaching floor team members.
Briefing the team and then leading the floor service.
Supporting managers in opening and closing the business.
Managing bar stocks.
Assisting with orders and invoicing.
Communicating and working effectively with other department managers & supervisors.
