The Role

As our Wellbeing Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing a programme of wellbeing services that will enhance the lives of our beneficiaries whilst promoting and enhancing quality of life and tackle social isolation within the community.

You will assist in designing an operating model to involve day experiences, including a dementia caf??, lunch clubs and extended opening hours. You will need previous experience of working in a Day Centre or a similar environment with older people living with Dementia and a management qualification in health and wellbeing are essential to succeed in this role
