So, we are striving for change - with individuals, in communities, across society - and leading the way to a safe home. We need ambitious, best-in-class individuals who are passionate about our cause to join us at this exciting time. This is your chance to play a part in the fundamental change we are striving to achieve.

You will build effective relationships with appropriate external agencies, as well as with Shelter colleagues across various divisions, support with marketing and promotion and strategic development.

About you:

We're looking for someone with experience of day-to-day staff and service management, including casework support and supervision and promoting take up of services amongst multidisciplinary teams, both internally and externally. With a proven track record and knowledge of homelessness, housing and welfare benefits issues, you will have a proactive, creative and collaborative approach, great relationship building skills, a flair for leading change and improving performance and the confidence to challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas. You must also be proficient using a range of IT tools to carry out your role, including Microsoft Office applications and case management systems.
