HR MANAGER - Brand new opportunity and role within this organisation

Stand alone HR/Payroll Manager is required for this international business who are going through some really exciting growth, and who are looking to give a really innovative and 'value add' candidate the perfect opportunity to develop and guide operations through a crucial strategic period.

• On a daily basis, you'll be working alongside the Board of Directors in all aspects of the below:
• Setting up best practice/internal HR process for use across the business, and to futureproof business performance
• Managing all aspects of ER and working alongside stakeholders to ensure procedures are understood
• Managing all aspects of payroll including time/attendance
• Handling all aspects of general HR Issues on a daily basis
• Investigating current internal processes and making suggestions in relation to continous improvement
