On the up and up this exhibitions focused events agency has gone from strength to strength in recent years, delivering a range of large scale exhibits and built environments for some well-known brands. These have included double decker stands, activations and some fit outs; often with innovative digital aspects, creative design and event branding delivered across the globe. They are expanding into a broader range of events from conferences, awards and outdoor events and are now looking to bring on an Event Account Manager to work on an exciting client account.

As Event Account Manager you will act as the interface between the client and internal teams; responsible for overseeing the delivery of a huge range of exciting new projects - as well as having an understanding and oversight of the events portfolio you will be required to work very closely with the stakeholders across a diverse and fast paced client account. This is not a sales role but more of a client management role and you will still be involved in the events portfolio delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the deliver of a high volume of UK wide events
* Working closely with key client stakeholders and attending regular meetings
* Maintaining and developing existing client relationships
* Developing a strong understanding of clients' business
* Attending and leading client meetings
* Suggesting new ideas for events and projects
* Working closely with internal departments including creative, production and sales
* Updating complex Excel documents on projects, budgets and timelines
* Reviewing contract renewal activity and negotiating client contracts
