Account Executive, Egham - GBP24,000 - GBP26,000
We are looking for an Account Executive to support our clients busy Events team at their Head Office in Egham. Supporting the Head of Events, you will be responsible for managing existing and gaining new business through providing outstanding customer service. Please note that this is not a cold sales role, you will be responding to customer queries.

Due to the nature of this role, you will occasionally be required to work some out of hours and weekend work including travel to events both in the UK and abroad.
- Managing existing and new customers, allocating and selling Event space
- Support in meeting revenue targets for each event
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective telephone and face to face meetings
- Constantly seeking ways to improve the Sales process
- Effective floor plan management for events
- Handle any issues effectively and professional to ensure smooth planning and running of events
We're looking for an effective communicator with experience in Sales through effective Customer Service. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines. We're looking for a customer focused and target oriented individual.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00
