Our Client is a respected Digital Marketing Agency based in Southampton, London and Preston. They specialise in helping businesses to connect with their customers online, providing a range of services including SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social and Content Marketing for leading brands such as Papa John's, TUI, BGL Group and Chef & Brewer to name but a few.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist, to join their growing digital team in Southampton, London or Preston. A remote, UK-based, position will also be considered.

The candidate will have a proven track record of running successful paid campaigns, brand or agency side and experience in dealing with people at different levels.

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will strive to understand your clients' business and any challenges that they face. You'll drum up new ways to help them drive their business forwards.

You will be expected to manage and implement paid media projects that smash client expectations and deliver amazing results each and every time.

You'll have the drive and capability to remain at the forefront of digital marketing, making sure best practice marketing techniques are at the heart of everything we do.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Paid Media Specialist you will be a big part of what we offer. Your duties will include the following:

•Creation of the clients overall Paid Social and Paid Media strategy

•Implementation of the strategy; working with a clear and defined set of KPIs for each project

•Creation of bespoke landing pages to aid the campaigns

•Delivery of projects on platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn

•Ongoing monthly optimisation of campaigns

•Analysing campaign performance and making adjustments accordingly

•Bespoke client reporting

•Managing clients - including their expectations (which you will knock out of the park every time) - and keeping them up to date at every stage of the project

•Ensuring individual KPIs are met each month to aid career progression

Required Skills

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following:

•At least 18 months' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful PPC / Paid Social campaigns (in-house or agency).

•Experience in all aspects of paid media including Google AdWords, Bing, Display, Programmatic and Social PPC

•Proficiency in Google Analytics

•Ability to analyse and improve results

•Commercial awareness to drive businesses forwards

•Excellent reporting skills with a proactive approach

•A willingness to learn, research and use initiative

•Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver results

•Excellent time management skills

•Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise

•Work as a team player whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs

•Excellent written and verbal communication and literacy skills

•Perfect command of the English language

•Proactive approach to workload and new ideas
