We are recruiting for a new Club Manager.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and high-quality Club Manager from the health and fitness industry to lead one of our teams.

We are opening a premium Anytime Fitness club in the heart of Balham soon which is sure to be an exciting project.

The successful candidate will have managed a full commercial fitness club for at least 2 years previously.

You'll be leading your team to deliver all activities that take place in the gym and studios within your club and giving members an exceptional experience every day.

Duties include:

• Oversee all aspects of the day to day operation of the club
• Overall responsibility for delivering all club commercial targets
• Coach and inspire Team to provide first class member service at all times
• Manage daily sales reporting to ensure the club sales targets and KPIs are achieved
• Leading and coaching the club Team in all daily procedures
• Dealing with all member issues and complaints
• Daily operational walk rounds
• Daily cleaning walk rounds
• Ensuring that all gym equipment is kept in good working order
• Ensuring Team rotas are generated in advance
• Work with the marketing Team to deliver quality local social content
