As a Pick Team Manager you are accountable for:
• Manage the picking of flat garments for onward despatch to Stores, Digital and International areas
• Monitor team performance in order to achieve productivity and cost targets i.e. productivity, accuracy, and controllable absence
• Ensure department capability and productivity are aligned to achieve department targets
• Understand departmental financial targets and their impact on operational performance i.e. CPU
• Escalation of system issues using the service desk
• Use dashboards relevant to your area to provide regular updates
• Ensure all faulty equipment is logged with systems
• Update Kronos with any time and attendance changes such as holidays and sickness
• Update Labman via a kiosk with any manual work not logged through Manhattan
• Develop your team to ensure they are all able to work in other areas and take responsibility
• Ensure you update the management team with any issues/impacts that may affect them
• Responsible for auditing direct reports ability to manage standards
