Location: Milton Keynes

We're looking for a Designer to join our clients' very busy and fast paced office in Milton Keynes. We are looking for a Designer with a contemporary style and ability to turn ideas into brilliantly crafted finished designs, across the full marketing and advertising mix.

As the in-house Designer, you will raise the standard and delivery of all creative collateral for the business and be responsible for producing creative material generated for the entire business. Ensuring that all material produced is 'on Brand', sophisticated and consistent with the look and feel of current marketing material.

Key skills required:

• Concept design across print, digital and events collateral.
• End to end delivery of all marketing materials.
• Producing creative and original ideas with appropriate themes that accurately answer the brief and connects with the audience.
• Hands on implementation of creative projects.
• Developing and executing ideas across a varied spectrum of communication channels and ensure that these are visually consistent and aligned with the overall creative direction.

Essential Skills:

• You will need a 'can do' attitude as you will be expected to deliver from concepts to artwork.
• Experience in the food sector is ideal, but not a requirement.
• Portfolio full of design work that spans print, digital and events collateral.
• Experience working in a busy integrated environment working to tight deadlines, in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of artworking and setting up design for print
• Knowledge and experience designing basic websites/microsites as well as digital banners.
• Excellent people, communication, organisation and time-management skills
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Adobe CS5 InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop software. Video editing would be a bonus.
