Working for a well regarded leader in their field, this role is managing delivery of all Facilities Management services across a large manufacturing and office facility in Swindon.
Description
This role is the autonomous Lead for all Facilities Management activity for the manufacturing facility and adminstrative buildings on this campus in Swindon. Taking responsibility for strategy, operations and budget management to ensure all infrastructure is optimised and costs minimised, through effective management of the facilties team and sub contractors.
Profile
An experienced Leader in Facilities Management, ideally with a strong technical background or proven track record in managing hard FM services in corporate and manufacturing environments. Candidates will be able to influence and operate at board level and manage performance through direct and subcontracted employees.
