Retail Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated person to join our team of staff within the retail sector of Women’s Aid.  The applicant will be expected to ensure the retail businesses have a sufficient supply of volunteers and to develop our income generation by promoting our retail business to donors, customers, supporters and the communities.  The applicant will need to ensure safe and appropriate management of all retail staff including staff performance.  A strong marketing strategy and/or action plan will be key to the success of this post.

22½ hrs pw – Mon-Weds-Fri (with flexibility during emergencies or when needed)
