Our Affordable sales team within the Curo Homes directorate is looking for a positive and dynamic person to join their high performing team.

What you'll be doing

This is a great opportunity to join our affordable sales team based in Bath. The role will involve providing an excellent and comprehensive customer service and legal administrative support to the affordable Curo Homes Sales Team, ensuring that the sales progression of low cost home ownership, resales, staircasing, asset sales and statutory sales schemes are handled quickly and effectively. 

The successful candidate will ideally have previous industry experience and a commitment to providing a first class customer experience. A full driving license and access to transport is essential. The role will also involve weekend working.

Travel between office locations and sites will be required.

More about you

You will preferably have experience in property sales progression with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and good knowledge of legislation affecting the operation of residential sales ensuring it is applied appropriately in the delivery of the team’s functions. The ideal candidate will be able to illustrate the ability to work with a variety of IT software packages with a knowledge of Microsoft office.
Experience of sales progression would be ideal as well as experience within a busy customer facing environment.
