The Role & Team:

In this role you’ll join their Customer Operations team, part of a larger Shared Service function that support a multi-site business with customers and sales teams across the UK and internationally.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

They have an opportunity for a customer-focused professional to be responsible for all aspects of order and invoice management. Working closely with various departments internally, customers and sales teams internationally to ensure all invoices are issued on time and that payments are received and all details are accurately reported. You’ll also help to identify and implement new billing procedures and controls.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable implementing new processes and procedures
  • Good time management and workload prioritization skills

 

Knowledge

  • Sales order processing experience
  • Prior experience of delivering service in an operational or financial role
  • Experience of working with satellite offices
  • Prior experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Great Plains(GP) would be an advantage
