Join our client as Mobilisation Manager and you could soon be leading a team mobilising mass public support for a wilder future.

Their vision is a Derbyshire rich in wildlife, valued by everyone, where wildlife moves freely through their countryside, towns and cities.

Gathering and motivating public support from across the county is critical to achieving this vision.

Based at their Matlock office, the Mobilisation Manager will do just that; growing their membership and other regular giving programmes, in particular to expand the use of digital recruitment and maintain high levels of retention. You'll also create powerful appeals and fundraising opportunities, driving campaigning actions that result in real change.

You'll develop and drive a supporter journey strategy which delivers continuous and sustainable supporter growth and mean supporter income growth whilst working closely with marketing and campaigning colleagues to develop and grow campaigning initiatives that result in tangible victories and a growing pool of supporters for future actions or donations.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar role previously and will ideally be a member of the Institute of Fundraising. You'll have knowledge of mass market fundraising including digital, lead generation and other direct marketing techniques along with knowledge of membership, regular giving or subscription models. Experience of community, event and challenge based fundraising would be advantageous as would experience of online and offline campaigning.

You'll be a strong communicator with some experience of public presentation, networking and bid writing and you'll be delivery focused with the ability to set objectives.
