Simply Education are working with schools in the Thurrock area who require strong Key Stage 1 and 2 teachers to work on long term or permanent basis.

We supply for day-to-day, short-term, long-term and permanent vacancies and are looking for teachers that are looking for a change of scene or maybe a reduction in hours due to the responsibility of teaching 5 days-a-week.

We are able to work to your individual requirements through the online calendar should you wish to join our team. We are happy to register any qualified teacher whether you are an NQT looking for your first permanent teaching role or considering semi-retirement working just a day or two every week.

Schools in the area vary with some receiving 'Good' OFSTED reports while others are more challenging. This will enable you to build up experience of working in a number of different settings.

To be a successful candidate you will need to;
-Be a Qualified Teacher holding QTS with a PGCE, GTP or Bachelor of education.
-Have knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Curriculum
-Have excellent team working skills
-Have strong classroom management skills
-Be able to communicate confidently with pupils and parents alike

All candidates who register with Simply Education will be required to have an enhanced DBS which is on the update service. All candidates are required to complete a Safeguarding course, or provide a certificate dated within the last three years. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
