Our client are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working apprentice to join their busy team, this is an office-based role and you would be providing assistance to the director, performing administrative and sales tasks.
The role will include:
- Handling calls and dealing with enquiries,
- Dealing with clients and contractors,
- Reception duties,
- Attending to all client queries professionally and efficiently,
- Handling email enquiries,
- Providing quality service standards to all customers.

- Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner,
- Demonstrate high levels of customer service,
- Excellent computer skills
- High attention to detail
