An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join our established team. This is a full-time role with an immediate start.

This role is primarily giving support to our network of schools throughout the UK by way of OH referrals, contract admin, DBS administration and support to the team where needed. Knowledge of HRIS an advantage.

You will be a forward-thinking, proactive individual who has level 3 or would like to work towards a level 3 CIPD qualification. With excellent communication skills, you will understand the importance of good customer service and be able to demonstrate a proactive approach in helping our clients through the services they have purchased. You will need to be flexible, positive self-driven, confident. Knowledge of the education sector would be helpful.

We are a national organisation and one of the lead providers of support services to the education sector, including HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and Property Support.  A key part of our business is the provision of HR advice and administration support to Headteachers and Governors on employee relations, policies, employment contracts and HR best practice.
