We are working with an industry-leading IT infrastructure solutions provider to fill the role of Internal Account Manager. This is an opportunity to achieve a competitive basic whilst boosting your sales and administration career to the next level by working with exciting clients on lucrative accounts.

*Work alongside sales teams to help facilitate orders, raise quotations and orders
*Be involved with cross-selling to existing accounts
*Helping to up-sell to clients when the opportunity arises
*Assisting the sales team with any necessary tasks on an ad-hoc basis
*Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit
*Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships

Skills & Experience
*Some experience of account management
*Working with IT or Technology sales company or IT reseller
*Preferably working with IT Hardware or IT Software
*Knowledge of Cisco is desirable
*Able to meet deadlines, work within a team and communicate well to all levels
*Able to establish and maintain customer relations
*Organised and capable of juggling different tasks as required
