We also aim to effectively develop ‘softer’ characteristics such as motivation, focus, ambition and confidence.
We are now seeking an Employment and Careers Service Team Leader to join us and lead and represent our West Midlands team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and target driven manager to drive the success of our life changing employment programmes.
In this rewarding role, you’ll have a broad remit to influence the shape of operations and the chance to make a difference to the lives of refugees, helping them to achieve their ambitions.
