JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Administrator.
- First point of contact for all enquiries
- Inputting applications, reports and other instructions onto the system
- Manage the post and emails, scanning and recording all customer documentation, tracking all internal documents
- Manage the database updating details re customers and other relevant information
- Other general administrative tasks as required
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience based on the telephone
- A background in financial services or associated sector such as estate agency, legal would be advantageous
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role
