Team Leader – Care   
Plymouth, Devon (with travel throughout the community)

Premier Care Plymouth provides a range of high-quality care services to help individuals lead fulfilled lives. We support individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, sensory loss and mental health issues.   

Our team is growing and so we are looking for a Team Leader to join us.

Your Role   

As a Team Leader, you will work as a leading member of a team that delivers outstanding care to people with complex needs in their homes and out in the community.   

In addition to delivering high quality care, you will lead your team of five or six, providing excellent leadership and support to ensure team members can fulfil their duties effectively.   

This is a full-time role, working 36 hours per week. This is made up of 28 hours on shift and 8 management hours.   

About You   

To be considered as a Team Leader, you will need:   

- People management experience gained within the care sector   
- A good level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office packages, such as Word and Excel   
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle 
- The ability to influence others   
- Strong communication skills   
- An empathetic approach
