An exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and growing search marketing agency.

We are looking for a content writer / copywriter to join our SEO team. The ideal candidate will love to write, whether that be short and long form copy or drafting technical website content to coincide with our site audits (think page titles, meta descriptions and service pages).

Content and copy are quite literally woven into everything we do here, from our technical audits to our content strategies and promotion. 

We need a copywriter who can take ownership of a client’s content, get to grips with their tonne of voice and target audience then create inviting and engaging copy in a variety of forms to educate and add value to their customer.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast paced agency environment while being surrounded by self-confessed SEO geeks.

You will work directly with clients, our existing SEO team and take on more senior role within our SEO agency.

Copywriter Key responsibilities include:

+ Production of short and long form content to client-specific briefs
+ Technical website copy production
+ Working with clients to establish their appropriate tone of voice for their target market
+ Day-to-day collaboration with the SEO team to ensure the content we are creating is the best it can always be 
+ To ensure all content we produce is “evergreen” content.
+ Taking a key role in our own agency marketing material such as newsletters, case studies and website copy
+ Working with our SEO Managers to ensure maximum impact on all content produced

Requirements:

+ 2 years’ experience working in a pure copy writing role
+ Good understanding of SEO (ideally from a similar agency role)
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with both colleagues and clients
+ Strong portfolio of recent work
+ Creative and engaging writing skills
