We are absolutely delighted to be supporting our client with this recruitment drive and we are looking for creative and passionate Hair Stylists for a stunning Salon in Worcestershire area. We are looking for experienced Stylists that can bring a client base with them, can provide a high standard of treatment while offering 5 Star customer service.
You will be based at their luxurious, stylish and contemporary Salon where you can offer all of your bespoke hair services, recommend Hair aftercare and promote retail products earning a great mark-up on everything sold. Although you will be managing your own Clients', you will be working and interacting with the whole team, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere.
If you are a talented hair professional with an established Client base, but would like to expand under an established brand then we would like to hear from you.

Key Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Level 2 Hair Qualification
- Confident with most if not all aspects of hair dressing
- If you are a specialist in a certain aspect of hair i.e. Hair extensions etc. Then you will be welcomed.
- Able to offer a high standard of treatment and is confident in all aspects of the client journey.
- Previous experience working in a high end Salon
- Great personality, professional but friendly and can put guests at ease
- Keen eye for detail ensuring that the clients receive an unforgettable experience.
- TAKE HOME SALARY: Up to GBP5000 + per month earning potential depending on your Client base.
- Pay as you earn with a market leading percentage split of 70%/30% in favour of the stylist, that will leave plenty of money in your bank each week.

- A Salon Host will be on hand to help you with welcoming your Clients' on arrival and ensuring their experience is an enjoyable one.
- Ongoing product training
- Online booking app linked to your own mobile phone
- Flexibility on hours and days' you'd like to work, no minimum commitment required.
- Trade discounts on hair care, styling products and colours
- Optional services available including trading insurances and accountancy at heavily discounted prices.
- All setup admin taken care of by our team so all you have to worry about is having a healthy Client base to work with and be an exceptional hair professional.
