Senior Account Manager - GBP30,000-GBP35,000 + OTE + Bens - Oxfordshire

Establishing their name over the past couple of years this leading Cyber Security Reseller is providing IT solutions for the next generation. They are looking for a like minded Senior Account Manager to join their team and contribute to their strong cultured, self-disciplined and enthusiastic organisation. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relations and developing new customers.

The responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager:

  • Utilise the opportunity to get out on the field and attend industry events to represent the company where required
  • Confidently sell the full solutions portfolio whilst building upon relationships with points of contact through the supply chain
  • Be proficient and thorough when delivering a level of service when dealing with customer queries to ensure they are handled in an effective and timely manner
  • Work in conjunction with the marketing team to support all strategic sales initiatives whilst creating weekly and monthly forecasting reports to analyse activity
  • Consistently attract new business build long lasting rapport to up sell and cross sell to, allowing you to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction

The key skills of the Senior Account Manager:

  • A minimum of 2 years collectively working within IT sales or IT security
  • Has previously worked or specialise in IT Cyber Security is desired but not essential
  • Possess a proven track record of previous KPI achievements
  • Have the confidence and eagerness to attract new customers
  • Be confidence when communicating and building relationships with customers
  • Work to your own initiative but alternately have a team player attitude
  • Have a passion for IT and b keen to venture further
