We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and driven behaviour support co-ordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity allowing you to be part of our specialist team who aim to encourage students to make positive choices that will shape their futures and help them realise their true potential.

The role of the behaviour support team is to work with students who are becoming disaffected and disengaged. These students often have difficulty meeting normal classroom expectations and need time, space and support to learn to make positive choices.

The role will include co-ordination of internal isolation, working on intervention packages to overcome barriers and re-engaging students with their learning. You will also support in the running of the behaviour consequences and reflection sessions.

Educated to GCSE grade C in both Mathematics and English is essential.
