Joining them as an Employment Advisor, you will proactively mentor, guide and support learners into sustainable employment opportunities by determining the learners employment goals and suitability for specific employment opportunities.
Identifying suitable employment opportunities by developing relationships with local employers and the internal sales teams, you will provide 1-2-1 support, advice and guidance and In Work Support once the customer is in work to ensure sustainability and remove any potential barriers to remaining in work. You will be working with learners with health-related barriers and learning difficulties so the role requires an individual who is flexible, enthusiastic and able to meet challenging performance targets and manage multiple deadlines.
With knowledge of the Local Labour Market and employment growth opportunities and recent experience of dealing with unemployed individuals, external partners and agencies to support people into work, the successful candidate will be capable of managing your own workload and deal with conflicting demands and timescales.
