I am working with a specialist property management business and they are looking for a Property Management Surveyor who has the experience to hit the ground running. They have offices in Manchester, London and East Sussex. The role is to be based in East Sussex, covering a large range of commercial properties for a nationwide portfolio.
This is an exciting time to come into the business due to their current growth in the industry. They are continuously acquiring new assets and their portfolio consists of commercial office space, retail and leisure outlets, shopping centres and business parks. You will be reporting into two directors within the business, allowing direct exposure to senior members of the team which will increase your development and skillset.
Key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
* Management of properties within the portfolio
* Development, management and maintenance of client and tenant relationships
* Drafting and reconciliations of service charge budgets
* Lease management
* Landlord & Tenant
* Rent review and lease renewal
The ideal candidate will be 2+ post qualified and have a minimum of one years post qualification experience in managing service charge.
