Senior Customer Insight Analyst - Education - Manchester - GBP30,000 to GBP38,000

Since opening their doors, our client has experienced an unprecedented amount of success by delivering developing and offering high quality educational courses to people across the UK. As they continue to grow and expand their services, this market-leading company is looking to recruit a new Senior Customer Insight Analyst to their team.

The successful candidate will work towards achieving commercial advantage through the provision of robust MI reporting in order to facilitate decision making within the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product and channel performance and be able to identify risks and opportunities through insightful reports.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Customer Insight Analyst:

  • Carry out in-depth analysis to enable customer and product insight in the business and to support in the progress of business strategy.
  • Drive increases in customer retention and optimise the potential of every customer relationship through the use of existing MI and the development of new insight.
  • Use SAS text mining software to analyse text.
  • Deliver customer and product analysis making practical recommendations to improve products in order to increase customer value, retention and revenue.
  • Manage the information reporting and reflect on business KPI's and budget.
  • Identify data requirements and implement ongoing enhancements to the marketing database.
  • Motivate the collection of data through customer satisfaction surveys including customer selection, email send, through to final reporting.
  • Develop effective stakeholder management techniques and ensure any improvements are followed up.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A degree in a numerical based subject.
  • Highly analytical with excellent numerical skills.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient using SAS, SQL or equivalent.
  • A proven track record of success with a resilient attitude and a drive to achieve goals.
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction Surveys are desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
