What are we looking for?

An expert in building relationships both internally and externally and someone who has the ability to network and headhunt potential talent with a proactive approach.

An individual that is passionate about identifying, engaging with, attracting and nurturing great talent. Someone that has a creative approach to recruitment and who will also assist with recruitment campaigns, events and isn't afraid to go out there and make it happen.

What Will You Do?

Reporting directly to the Talent Partner you will work closely to continue to establish Austin Fraser as an employer of choice. Attracting and headhunting great talent, providing great opportunities to enable people to reach their potential and support the growth of the business.

• Proactively headhunt potential talent using tools such as Linkedin Recruiter, video recruitment software, careers fairs, meet ups and networking events.
• Create attractive adverts across job boards and manage ad responses whilst qualifying candidates against the unique internal interview process.
• Manage the candidate experience and interview process both externally and internally.
• Generate candidate leads through candidate referrals.
• Utilise a range of resourcing tools in order to identify great talent for both live roles and future hires across all departments.
• Create clever projects on Linkedin and various systems in order to talent pool for future hires
• Own your performance against your individual targets and objectives.
• Consistently build internal relationships and champion internal referrals.
• Build personal brand by social selling and establish yourself as a talent expert and Austin Fraser Advocate
• Work with a high level of integrity and honesty
• Provide a consistent high level of service both externally and internally.
• Work with a sense of urgency.
• Have the ability to multitask.
• Assist with social media campaigns to attract the best talent.
