Our client is seeking a temporary caretaker to cover holidays and sickness at a high end residential site in Bath.
Hours of work
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
To ensure the smooth running of the building by making sure that all common areas are clean, tidy and with the machinery and equipment functionally correctly.
To liaise with the contracted suppliers in performing their duties, to ensure the above whilst undertaking minor maintenance and corrective actions as and when they occur.
You must also be willing to undertake full vetting checks and to provide satisfactory working references.
