Copello are looking for a Procurement Specialist to work with a leading engineering services company for a period of twelve months.
The Procurement Specialist will join an existing team and work on a number of engineering services contracts as well as facilities and general indirect contracts.
Following an existing category plan, the procurement specialist will have experience of negotiating with suppliers to achieve best value. Candidate will also have experience of dealing with internal stakeholders at every level and establishing key supplier relationships.
Previous experience working within an engineering services environment would be desirable. Experience of working on service based subcontracts and indirect categories would also be highly desirable. Experience in the defence industry with security clearance would also be an advantage but is not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Buyer or Procurement Officer to work for a fantastic organisation and make an instant impact within the department.
