Salary: GBP35,000 to GBP38,000 Plus Benefits
Location: Based NW10 7HQ, London but with travel to other sites in London and Hertfordshire.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Full Time Permanent
Due to our continued success we are now looking to recruit a Technical Services Supervisor for our hard service contracts at our clients sites based in London and Hertfordshire. We are looking for an experienced operational supervisor with an electrical trade bias
Regional Facilities Supervisor (Hard Services) Main Purpose:
To work with the site based engineering team, sub-contractors and any other specialist required to attend the site for engineering related reasons. The client may require assistance from the engineering team which will be co-ordinated by the cluster technical manager.
To provide the service delivery in line with best practice, statutory and mandatory compliance and to the SLA's for the site.
You will ensure that all PPM's and reactive tasks are completed within the allocated timeframes co-ordinating with the helpdesk for closures and extensions of tasks.
To complete the day to day operation of the maintenance department working with the cluster technical manager and site GSM to ensure the client is fully aware of any maintenance activities that could impact the site operations.
You will ensure that there are sufficient spares available to prevent service delivery failure.
Regional Facilities Supervisor (Hard Services) Responsibilities Include:
??Multi Skilled Maintenance activities
??Management of Sub-Contractors
??Management of Planned and Reactive Works on site
??Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests.
??Act as First point of contact for the site engineering requirements and deputise for the Cluster Technical Services Manager during holiday periods
??Manage the reactive maintenance figures using the EZMax app in conjunction with Command Centre, Compliance Manager and Technical Services Manager
??Carry out multi skilled activities within the engineering remit
??Control of sub-contractor visits (review risk and method statements)
??Manage and maintain sub-contractor documentation ensuring all records are correct and accurate
??Manage and maintain Sodexo IMS ensuring all files are up to date
??Take a positive lead in any internal/external audit process
??Responsible for the Health & Safety of the maintenance team
??Carry out PPE audit checks
??Ensure all required training is identified and managed for renewals
??Ensure all legislation is current and complied with
??Ensure toolbox talks are completed weekly
??Be responsible for critical spares procurement
??Be part of the OOH emergency on call team
??Be proactive in new innovations and improved systems
??Be fully aware of the contract requirements for variable and managed works
??Assist other Sodexo departments when required
??Responsible for fleet vehicle safety, completing audits monthly

??Low Voltage AP/CP (AP2 Qualified)
??L8 Water awareness trained
??Understanding of CDM requirements
??Permit to work control including working at heights and hot works
