lite Associates have partnered with a luxury fashion brand and we are recruiting for a senior HR advisor position on 12month FTC.
Main Responsibilities
Recruitment
*Manage the recruitment process across Head Office, Retail and Swindon
*Support Managers with the full recruitment cycle, including updating job descriptions, advertising roles, arranging interviews and making job offers
*Negotiate terms and conditions with recruitment agencies
*Manage the HR Recruitment budget, track invoices and raise purchase orders
*Benchmark salaries and carry out competitor analysis when needed
*Support Managers in the organisation of new starter induction plans
Employee Relations
*Provide advice to Manager's on all Employee Relations Issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, sickness and capability, adhering to the Company's policies and procedures at all times
*Issue formal meeting invite letters and outcome letters in a timely manner
*Advise and accompany Managers in disciplinary and grievance meetings
*Keep up to date with changes in employment law and update company documentation as required
HR Administration
*To be the guardian of the HR system - ADP iHCM uploading new starters, managing holiday entitlements and answering general queries
*Manage all Maternity leave communication and documentation
*Raise New contract and inductions packs for new starters
*Issue letter/contract confirming changes to employee' terms and conditions of employment
*Generate letters for ad hoc benefits such as bonus', long service awards, uniform allowance
*Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the HR Administrative function, providing advice and implementing change when needed
Payroll
*Manage the monthly payroll process, working with Managers across the business to gather and check payroll information to be handed over to the Payroll Manager
