Due to the creation of a new position, Amore Group are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Branch Manager to lead our Chester office in the supply of Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses into the local and private healthcare market.
We are wishing for applying candidates to be able to display their ability to effectively manage a small office team in achieving set KPI's and annual budgets, whilst displaying leadership qualities in driving business development and attracting the highest calibre of care candidates to your team.
You will be responsible for the sourcing and selection of suitable office team members and providing monthly supervisions to ensure development and satisfaction of internal employees.

Responsibilities
  • Coaching Novice Consultants
  • Reporting To Senior Management Team including Operations and Commercial Managers
  • Liaising With Recruitment & Compliance and On-Call Teams
  • Clients
  • Attending Bi-Monthly Senior Management Meetings
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Sought
  • Previous recruitment experience with knowledge of the social care industry and best practice recruitment processes involved in supplying temporary staff
  • Knowledge of Neutral Vendor Agreements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, workers and colleagues
  • A "Cando" attitude and the ability to think "out of the box" to maximise opportunities
Required
  • Driving License
  • Proven Health and Social Care Recruitment Experience
