The Business Development function is a centralised team advising and supporting the Firm in its marketing, communications, sales support and business development activities. The key drivers for the team are to ensure we support the development and implementation of the firm's strategy and in particular help: Drive profitable revenue growth (through the Client Universe and new clients) Develop and deliver a clear brand proposition through our sector focus The Role This CRM Executive is responsible for supporting the management and development of the firm's CRM system, e-marketing system, enterprise relationship management system and data quality toolset. It will include day to day support for users as well as assisting the CRM Systems Manager with key projects. A primary focus of the role will be data management, developing robust data quality processes within the CRM system to ensure the integrity of the data. Duties The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Act as a specialist adviser to the firm's CRM users and CRM champions, guiding them in the use of the system(s) and instilling best practice, ensuring the systems are used to support the business in the most efficient way Provide effective, ad hoc, support and training, troubleshooting issues when necessary and acting as an internal service desk for CRM Add new and update existing contacts in our CRM system where necessary Assist in the preparation and maintenance of mailing lists for events and publications Create and send e-marketing campaigns when necessary Run regular processes to identify incomplete contact data in the CRM system, including duplicate records, missing e-mail addresses, missing job titles and missing company associations in order to maintain the integrity of the data Assist with maintaining GDPR compliance ?? Proactively contribute to the projects and initiatives of the wider Business Development team Knowledge, skills and experience required (bespoke to role) Previous experience in a CRM or data role is essential Working knowledge of SalesForce and Vuture is desirable High level of attention to detail Proficient in the use of MS Excel and the use of formulas and pivot tables Strong team worker Ability to gain trust and build relationships quickly A real "can do" attitude and an ability to find solutions Able to interact professionally and credibly with senior internal stakeholders An ability to manage conflicting requests or concurrent multiple projects Marketing or Law degree (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential Experience of working in a professional services or similar organisation is desirable
